question on LC at BEC

Hi All,
My concern is I received a 45 day letter and my employer responded immediately, but now my concern is based on the article posted on sheela murthy's web site it says that there are some problems from BEC's so if some thing was not done right by BEC then who is responsible and is there any way that I can find out whether the 45day letter response is received by BEC or not. Pl. some one help me on this.

As long as your attorney has the proof of reply (fedex receit, etc.), you're fine.
