After being placed 2 advertisements in 30 day intervals, several responders were considered as met the AD's requirement for my position. My manager who will need to contact the responders informed me that if any of them 'meet' the requirements and accept the offer; my current LC process will be terminated and will be repeated again after six months.
I had Master degree and had four year of working experience in big pharmaceuticals as statistical consultant. I only have around 18 month left on my 6-year H1 visa, thus I cannot afford to wait for another 6 month of doing nothing.
Could someone provide some suggestion on how to reject the other applicants who literally meet the AD's requirements?
