question on labor substituion

Hello

I currently have 2 approved labors in the EB2 category
i) one with a priority date of Oct 30, 2003 (this is my original labor)
ii) i am also getting a match for a substituted labot with a priority date of 6th May 2003.

I now need to decide which one to use for I-140. With regard to that, I have 2 questions

1) There is a six month advantage here. Should I go with substitution ? any advice ?
2) What kind of issues can we run into with substitution ? is there a risk here that I will be denied ? also if the substitution is denied can I go back to my original labor (with priority date of Oct 2003) ?

Help is appreciated.

If I were you, I wouldn't bother as there is only a difference of 6 months and would probably be better with your original labor.
