How should one calculate the labor processing times? For example, for Chicago
1. The State Level (SWA) time is 12/08/2003
2. The Fedral (DOL) time is 12/15/2003
Lets say my application was applied on 12/01/2003. Assuming that all goes well my state level clearance will come by end of this month (07/2004). So what will be the priority date for Fedral? Will it be July 2004 because my state got cleared in July 2004? Or will it be December 2003 because my application was applied in December?
Any help will be greately appreciated.
