When should an employer post the internal job opening notice during the recruitment period to file RIR LC? Should it be the last ad or first ad? or does't matter?
It should be part of overall recruitment effort by the employer and can be posted anytime (before applying for LC) for continuous 10 days at the place where beneficiary is intended to be hired.
