Question on i864a

My wife just receive the i864 package. If we dont have a joint sponsor, do we need to file the i864a (contract between sponsor and household member)?

Besides, we dont change our address, do we need to file sponsor's notice of change of address? Seems INS keep on asking ppl the change of address, that is stupid.

The I-864 package contains all the forms you would need. That doesn't mean you need to fill out all of them. You don't need to fill out the change of address form unless you change your address in the future and if you do, you do have to send it in. In the same way, the I-864A form is to be used if you want to use someone who is a family member/household member to be part of the affidavit of support for bringing the overall income up to 125% above the poverty line for all the people. (Just the 2 of you normally, 2+1 = 3 if you have another household member being part of it). You don't have to fill it out or send it in unless there is a reason.
