Hi All,
I just had LC certified and is ready to file I140+I485 cocurrently.
My job is in MA and I am working at home most of time in NY.
Is there anybody know INS allow this or is it going to do any harm to my application? Or does it matter at all?
Meantime I do have a temperaory MA address to allow me stay when I travel to the office. However all my official document have NY home address on them.
I am highly appreciate any suggestion!
