Question on I-864, Affidavit of Support

I have a question for Part 3 of form I-864, Affidavit of Support.
I have two approved I130 for both my parents from USCIS.

For Question 8, do I just check the box that says "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant name in Part 2 above"?
Or, do I need to check the "Yes" box as well?

For Question 9, do I need to check this box and include my mother information (assuming the principal for this I-864 is my father) on line (a)?

Hi likuliku....I was confused with this one as well? So what did you fill eventually? I was thinking for Q 9 ,since my mom has a separate visa application,I don't have to write her name as that would be only for dependants like minor children who don't have a separate petition. Is that correct?
