Question on I-693

Hi Gurus,

I am on F1 (OPT) and got married to US Citizen recently and trying to file I-130/485/765/131/864 along with G-325A. My question is: Should I need to get medical exam done and submit the i-693 papers ( sealed envelop from doctor) along with above package?

Or should I go for medical check up ONLY after USCIS asks me to get it done and submit I-693 papers to USCIS at the time of Interview?

Also should I need to send all above package to USCIS Chicago or my local office Newark, NJ ?

It looks like dumb questions, but I apreciate if you can get me answers.

You have to get the medical exam done and submit the I-693 papers in a sealed envelope from the doctor along with the above package.

Also should I need to send all above package to USCIS Chicago or my local office Newark, NJ ?

You have to send the whole package to the USCIS lockbox in Chicago and not to your local office.

Many Thanks for your quick reply and sharing your time line.
As you have done it accurately, I have some more questions on the total package. Please get me your advise as I am afraid that improper filling might get my case delayed.

On I-130 :
1. Item 10 - Alien Registration # - Should I keep it blank for my spouse (US Citizen) &
me? I suppose this # would be given by processing
USCIS officers
2. Item 13 - Naturalisation. - My spouse's Citizen certificate has two nos. one on
right hand corner. And another INS Regd #. Which is
the right no? I guess top right hand corner # is ok.
3. Ite 22 - Your relative is in US & will apply for AOS at office of INS in city ??
state ?? - I need to fill those city & state.
Should this be in my residing state ( Newark, NJ ) or I-130 filed with 485
to Chicago, this shoud be filled as Chicago , IL ???

ON I-485.

4. Item - Part2 - Iam applying for an AOS because -- Checked A box. Is this
correct? I am on F1-OPT and
in USA, married recently to
a US Citizen
