Hello All! I had some questions regarding the I-485.
To give some background, my mother, a U.S. citizen, applied for a green card on my behalf. I fall into the married, over 21 child category. My family and I are legally in the country under another visa.
The I-130 my mother filed was recently approved, so I have begun filling out the other necessary forms. I have run into a problem with a question on the I-485 form.
Question 1: Under part 2, I am confused on which application type to mark. I can't figure out if I should check A or B.
Question 2: I also understand my wife and my daughter (under age 21 and unmarried) will need to fill out their own I-485 to go along with my form. Do they check B on part 2?
