QUESTION ON I-140 and 485

Hello,

Is there a timeframe when 485 has to be filed after I-140 has been approved. Can 485 be appleid anytime say 1-2 Years after 140 was approved. Appreciate your response on this..

Yes you can file I-485 after a year or so after your I-140 has been approved. I know of a friend who had filed for I-485 after 18 mths and got his 485 approved recently.
