I have a question on the i-134 (Affidavit of support).

# 10 in the form states to list the people for whom I have submitted visa petitions to USCIS. If my wife has an H-4, can it be considered that I have submitted visa petition for her?

You should answer 'None' for this. Your employer was the petitioner for your H1 and your wife's H4.
