Question on I-130 SectionC, #17

Hi:

On the I130 for my parents I have the understanding that I have to file a separate I-130 for each parent. Do I still have to include the spouse and children’s names in #17?

I am trying to understand whether USCIS wants to know just to have the information or will they treat the names listed as additional applicants. This seems absurd becauses I might end up sponsoring myself – don’t want to do the GC process more than once a lifetime, I;ve already burned my 20s in the process.

Provide the names as asked. They will not and cannot be treated as applicants. It is quite clear on I130 who the applicant (father or mother as the case maybe) is.
