Mine 485 RD Jul 2003 EB2

Responded to RFEs (Mine - Medical / Spouse - Marriage certificate)

Looks like they asked me everything as they wanted to ask about X-ray for the TB skin +ve (inspite of Dr note saying X-ray not required! as I took preventive treatment). So along with medical they asked W2, payslips, letter from employer, Tax returns, I94, PP.

LUD - 3/16/05 saying RFE response received on 3/15/05

Not sure what to do ask the Attorney to rise enquiry with VSC or do it my self

Any thoughts welcome

Wait for a few weeks

Mvk2002 - From what i have seen in the forum, usually you should get approved in about 2/3 weeks time

hey dw2003,
I found the following from different post.. Courtesy subba1974.. hope this helps

"Sequence of steps to reach VSC

Here is the sequence of steps i followed to get to this:

Press 1 (for english),
press 2 (for existing case),
press 6 (for case statues etc),
then press 1( for knowing your receipt no.),
enter the receipt # to get the automated response saying blah blah blah and also at the end saying this is the most upto date information on your case and our customer the same info national customer service agents have (i totally agree with this).
Then choose to continue to the next step "press 3" . choose 3
Listen to the options-
Option 4 "if you feel if you submitted together and one of the applications is left out and not processed (don't remmember the exact message text ..but something about companion case "
** "you may have to use a different option
1800-375-5283"

Thanks, Bud2003.

Ask again, is there anybody over here has a sample inquiry letter to BCIS besides the calling option?

Thanks!
