Hi Guys.. Here is my problem.. I completed my masters in US and then I am on H1 visa with a consulting company.. I used a fake resume and got a job.. I have been working for over a year now.
I now want to transfer my h1b to another major consulting firm.. the problem here is I know this guy already and I can't tell him that I faked my resume. he is a recruiter and not the HR guy, but he is the one who is gonna forward my resume to the HR guy.. I want to send him the fake resume so that my billing rate won't come low but still dont want to have any issues with my h1b transfer.
pelase suggest me ways to do this..
