My I-485 RD is 06/12th (WAC-260-XXXXX). Did FP on 10/30th and AVM says Processing received on 12/29th and God willing I should be approved soon without difficulties.
But my H1 is expiring on Mid April 2002 and my company wants to re-apply for my H1 extension. I already have EAD and AP.
Now if I apply for H1 extension, will it give problems for my GC adjudication ( Because for H1 we need to give the list of roles we are playing currently and this includes all Internet related software currently ( eg., Java, EJBs etc ). But my original GC application lists a different set of tools ( like VB, Gupta-SQL etc ).
1. Should I apply for H1 extension or just use EAD and wait ?
2. If its good to apply for H1 extension, should I give the same responsibilities in the GC petition ?
I would appreciate all your answers.
