I have applied for my I-140 in september 2006 through a consulting company and the case is still pending as of today. I have also applied for I-485 in July 2007 when the dates moved and got my EAD. In the mean while, I have applied for H1 for my wife and it got approved for October 2007. As she has an option to work on H1/EAD, we decided to go with EAD.
Since, my I-140 is pending for more than 2 years, I am thinking of changing my company and wanted to join a bigger company rather than sticking to this consulting company. If I change my company, what is the status for my wife, can she use her H1?( that was approved in 2007 and never used. She has worked on EAD for the whole of year 2008)
