I have a question regarding the rules for green card processing.
I work for a company which has branches in Atlanta, Virginia and Newyork...and they are applying for my gc fresh...
now my question is
Since the labor is fast in Atlanta can i have my labor applied in Atlanta though i am working in Virginia
But the next stages I140 and I485 are slow in Atlanta but fast in newyork...so i was wondering if i can apply my I485/I140 in newyork even though i have labor applied in different state(Atlanta)...
Or does the all three stages need to be from same place ???
