I just submitted Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee for my parents thru their website. Couple of questions..
i) Now will i receive any package/forms from INS or i have to figure next step on my own and fill the forms and mail them back?
ii) Apparently the step is to fill DS-230 Part I. My question is, who should fill and sign this form? My parents live out of country and I am their designated "choice of agent". Do i still need to have DS-230 signed by parents? Thanks,
