Question on FP..please respond

My husband and I did our FP on 1/2/03. But our online message still says "Fp notice was mailed...". Has anyone else experience the same? Please let me know if there was any change in the message after the FP was done.

Takes time

It take 2-3 weeks before the message gets updated. As the FP has to arrive at INS office from the place where you got you FP done.

I did my FP on 01/06/03 and ( obviously ) my online message also has not changed. I'll try to remeber to update when mine does.

where to find fp notice?

Hi,

I sent my I-485 on Sept 26th,2002. I haven't got finger print notice. How can you check if the INS mail out the finger print notice from online? Are you using the EAC number provided from I-1485?

The online message (against 485 EAC#) should say that the FP notice has been sent out. It comes to you and your attorney gets notified (i think).

if you have your EAC number for your 485.

I just checked my 485 on the INS website, no info about fp yet.
I sent my 485 in Sept 26th 2002.

My FP notice never appeared in online tracking. But I did received the notice in mail, and I have FP done on 1/10. No update on I485 status online yet so far.
