hi there,
couple of quesitons on FP & RFE
1:
i have been reading all kinds of cases on rfe on gc application. could guru out there explain on it a llittle bit more? my case is eb2, nd=4/17, ap+ead=july, fp= 9/18. on 11/9, i got a request from lawyer on two month paystabs to INS. lawyer told me that my case will be approved soon (within 6-8 weeks) and this request is just routine. anyone can share some our side of rational?
2: for FP, many of people said that AVM shall be changed. but in my case as well as my wife\'s, there is no change at all. hers is staying at \'...900 days to approve\'. any one shed some lights on this as well? shall i talk to INS on this?
3:
as to contacting INS, what is IIO? what is their number etc?
