question on form g-325a

If I am applying for CR-1 for my wife, using form I-130, then my wife and I each have to submit form g-325a (www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf). I have a question on filling out this form. At the end there is the following question...
"This form is submitted in connection with an application for:"
and the choices are...
"Naturalization:, Status as Permanent Resident:, Other(Specify):"
How should we answer this??

Since you are the petitioner (Citizen or Green Card Holder) for I-130 for you, then the other g-325a for your wife (beneficiary or Non US Citizen) you put as a permanent Resident
