Question on fixing appointment

I tried to fix an appointment for my parents visitor visa in Tamil, unfortunately there are no dates available as of now on vfs. I wanted to do in Tamil, because my mom speaks fluent English but my dad doesn't. I thought it would be a good idea to go for native language( to be noted my parents VISA got rejected on Jan 4th 2006).

Please could someone let me know if I can fix an appointment in English and later I can change the appointment native language to tamil (using cancel/reschedule) as and when a date is available.

Hi,

As far as I know, you can not change the language preference after you set the appointment. Currently May-06 is full and June-06 is not yet opened. So, you may want to check the VFS website once every day or two to grab the appointment slots right after they open them. Even if you set an appt in English, you will have to completely cancel it and set another appt for your preferred language. So, you better wait for a few days for the June-06 slots to open.
