Question on filling out AR-11 form

Hi, can someone help me on the following qustions for AR-11?

1. Should I provide A# even I do not have the i485 approved? The I485 has been filed more than a year

2.IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPRIRES ON: What should I fill here?

---> Yes, you need to provide the A# even if your I485 is not approved yet.

2.IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPRIRES ON: What should I fill here?

----> You need not fill in anything in this box. Just write "N/A" in the box.
 
Hi Impatient:

You can find your A# in your I-485 receipt. If your lawyer has the receipt, get the # from her/him. You should include your A#, that way they will have complete information about you.

I used the valid-date of my Advance Parole for the second question you asked. If you dont have AP, you can use H1B expiration date.

My 485 was filed in Oct1, 2002 and I moved last month.

I AM IN THE US AS:
Vistor, Permanent Resident, Student, Or Other

I do not think I belong to the first three categories, Shoudl I put other as WORK?
