Situation:

Petitioner : Green card holder.
Married a person, she is in US and she is H1 holder, she has a daughter under age 18 , daughter is on H4. Both are in US legally.

Green card holder filing I-130 for his wife and step daughter.

We are filling I-485 for wife and step daugheter.

In I-485 form,
Part-2 Application Type:

What to select for wife?

What to select for step daughter?

If filing a separate I-130 for each: (a) for both of them on part 2 of the I-485.

If filing a single I-130, with the wife as primary and her daughter as derivative beneficiary: (a) for the wife, (b) for the daughter.
