Question on filing I-485

I live in California, my company is in New Jersey so labor and I-140 was approved from Vermont only.

My question is where to file I-485? Vermont or California?

I am in the same situation...but i am filing from VSC ..they seem to be faster.
BTW my 140 got approved today.

I talked to my Attorney, He said he will file from VSC.
By any reason if they don\'t accept and return the application, he has to send to CSC.

Is there any chance for not accepting the application?
