Hi ,
Do we have to file I-140 to a service center where the employer is based or should be filed to a service center where the beneficiary is resident of.
Currently I file through the service center where employer is based, but I live in a state which is serviced by different service center. Do I need to apply again.
Please let me know if any of you know anything about this.
