Question on EAD with 485 Receipt

Gurus,
   I had applied for I-485, EAD and AP along with my spouse in August. I received my Receipts for 485, EAD and AP. In fact I also got my EAD and AP already. However, my spouse\'s Receipt for EAD and AP have not come yet.(she got her 485 Receipt).

Now that 90 days are complete, can my spouse get an iEAD based on her I-485 receipt ?

Also does this depend on the local INS office ( i.e do diff. offices adopt diff policies)

Any experience in this area ?
