Due to certain personal reasons I have filed my I-140 & I-485 separately.
I-140 filled on July 2003 at Vermont Service Center under EB-2 Category (Profession with Adv Degree or of Exceptional Ability sec 203 (b) 2). INS Notice date is 7/29/2003. But till date my
I-140 petition is not approved. May I know how long it is taking to approve this kind of case? On-line case status is showing 90-485 days.
I-485 filled on 12/30/2003. That means after 154 days of I-140 filling date. When I will get my EAD? Some telling I wont get it till my I-140 got cleared, since I didn’t filled concurrently.
Please advice me. How this INS follows for issue EAD? And time taking for Approve I-140.
