I have few questions. Here is my present scenario. I will complete 6 years on H1B on 16th Feb,2005. I have alreday applied for my I-140/I-485 under EB3 on October 28th 2004. I have alreday received EAD and Advance parole for my wife and myself.
1. Can I get 7th year H1B extension based on Pending I-140/485?
2. My wifes 6 year on H1B will end in May/June then if she uses EAD can i still be on H1B ?
3. While travelling if we use Advance Parole then is H1B is void ?
4. Can My wife apply for a new H1B based on pending 140/485 after 1 year?
5. After we start using EAD/AP can we go back to H1B?
Any help will be deeply appreciated
