Question on DS-261 Form

Want to confirm a very simple question. When filling out the DS-261 form, the Personal Information (Surname and Given Name) on the first page should be that of the Beneficiary, correct?

Also, is the Beneficiary ID same as the Invoice ID (IIN)?
