My father filed a petition for me and the applications final came in. I am going to send it out but had a few questions. Both my wife and I have an american social security number. I am a canadian citizen and i used to go back and forth to America sometimes for family sometimes for business. My wife resides in canada as a housewife but with her social security my brother put it as a "worker" in one of his businesses in the United States.
So basically this shows that she was working in the United States. I mean my uncle filed taxes and everything for her. He just did that so he can show employee on the payroll. Would this affect the petition file? And should we put her social security number down or should we not?
