Question on docs for GC

My employer is going to apply for my GC.My past employer did not given me experience certificate.Is experience certificate need to be submitted for GC processing? Can I show pay slip as a proof? What other docs can I give as a proof instead of experience certificate?

You will need the experience letter at a later stage (I-140) of GC processing. If you cannot obtain from the employer, a letter from a co-worker/colleague (on letter head) would do.

IS some kind of rubber stamp steal required in the experience letter?
