Question on CP

I live in U.S., I just got my Notification Letter.
1) If I choose CP, at what point I have to go to my country (Bangladesh)? In case of CP, do I do medical, fingerprint and everything else in U.S. or back home?
2) My husband is from India, will we be able to go for interview together in Bangladesh or he has to go to his country?
