Question on Continuous Residence

I am green card holder and will be eligible to apply for my citizenship soon. I work for a US company but was transferred to a foreign location on a temporary assignment for 10 months last year. In order to ensure that I do not stay out of the US for more than 6 months, I visited the US after 5 months. My pay is still in US and I will be filing US tax returns. I hope to be back in the US soon and was planning to apply for my citizenship after 3 months stay in a state where I move. I have already stayed in the US for more than 30 months since getting my GC

I was wondering if there will be any issues with me meeting the continuos residence requirement since I have been essentially out of the country for the last one year though never more than 6 months (with short visits back in the US). I do however get a US paycheck and pay US taxes

Your opinion will be very much appreciated
