Question on concurrent filing procedure

Hello,
As you already knew about the retrogressioin of 485 filing starting from Jan 1st 2005.

Can we really file I485 and 140 together? or
we have to file 140 first and wait for receipt date or LIN or EAC number for 140 and mention that on 485 and file it?

Do you think this is all possible in 20 days with so many holiadays in between.

Can you guys give your opinion on this.

140 and 485 both can be sent in 1 envelope. 20 days is a lot of time. You can do everything in about 3-4 days provided you have all supporting documents such as medical reports/birth certificate / company documents for 140 etc.
