Question on Changing job

I received EAD card a month ago. My previous company laid off a lot of ppl in last few months and maybe more later. So I want to join a new startup company founded by my friend. Can someone give me some advice on how this will impact on my I485. And do I need to inform INS after I change job. I got RFE in my I140 application.

Is your I-140 approved? When did you apply for I-485?

You need to give more information to receive good advice. Please be very explicit about your case. We have no clue as to when you applied for 485, what your RD is etc.

Plus go back into the archives and do some research, which will either give you a better understanding of your problem, or how to frame questions that elicit answers that truly help you.
