Question on changing job on EAD after 180 days !

Hi folks,

I have EAD and want to switch. My employer does not object if I leave them. I am hoping to get my GC in 3 mnths.

If I get a job and I join the new company - does the new company have to apply 485 again ????

Nope...

As for as I know.... Nope ur new company dont have to apply for new I-485. You can use AC-21.

I never paid attention to AC21 discussions as I thought Its something not for me......but you never know.
