Question on Certified Court Disposition Letter

I had one traffic ticket 6 years back for which the fine was $599. IN order to disclose that in N-400, I called up the court and asked for a "Certified Court Disposition Letter" and the clerk sent me something that says "Defendant History" at the top and it lists the Case #, Doc # , Case Type ,the charge, the fine amount and paid amount & balance. At the bottom, it has a seal of the court . No Signature. No Wording of Certified orany such..

Is this a valid document to submit along with N-400? I only have 1 original. So, can I just make a copy and send it with N-400 and take the original to Interview? Or should I send the original and get 1 more from the court again? Or Can I send a notarized copy (not sure if a notarized doc would be legal document for USCIS)

If this (Defendant History) is not sufficient, in order to get a "Court Certified Disposition Letter", How should I phrase that to the court clerk, like legal terms which they are aware of & use daily.

Thanks for the help.

Court transcript should be sufficient.....certification is generally not required if the document is produced by goverment entity (court, clerk office, state agency)
