Question on AR-11

There are a couple of fields in the AR-11 form that have confused me a tad. And of course, USCIS does not have any instructions on how to fill the form on their website (Mail-in Rebate forms have more instructions). Anyway, the fields are Port of Entry into US and Date of Entry into US. What do these mean? Are these from the last time I entered the US or the very first time (7 years ago).

TIA.

I am surprised not more people ask that same question. It is truely unclear from the AR-11 form. I agree with akra, you need to provide the details of last entry. In addition... I would suggest you add a small comment near that field saying "last entry" inside brackets.

The purpose of AR-11 is to report change of address.
Just leave port of entry blank if you are not sure.

That item is important to non-immigrant but not for
immigrants

before or after you became a PR?

What part of "last entry" do you not understand? Last entry is last entry. It could be before or after your GC. Start from the current date, and go back in time to find the last time you entered US. ¿entienda a mi amigo?
