Hi All Gurus
I have to file for AR-11 as I am moving in next couple of days.
I wanted some feedback from you guys:
1. What to fill up in "My Stay on US Expires on:"
(I am on EAD since March this year)
2. Current Stats :
(Should I say AOS I-485 pending)
3. Co. Name :
My co. was bought over by a diff. co last year but still retaining
it as a subsidiary i.e Carrying the brand name still for Sales/Marketing, however for all financial stuff e.g I get paycheks
with new co. name on it?
I don't want to raise an RFE case by filing this as I am close
to get an approval or something. Please advise
BTW, my Lawyer asked me to put New Name and in () put formerly Old Co.
