Posting for my friend.

My friend has got pre approved labor from a company. That company said they will use the existing pre approved labor and file I 140 and at the same time they will file fresh labor in PERM also as a safety measure.

His question is:
Is it possible for a company to file I140 using the pre-approved labor and file a fresh labor in PERM for the same employee ?

Be sure to check and validate labor certificate with your profile before you file 140-485. I used approved labor and it didn't work out. Unlike other cases, in my case it was lawyer's mistake.
