My friend has got pre approved labor from a company. That company said they will use the existing pre approved labor and file I 140 and at the same time they will file fresh labor in PERM also as a safety measure.
His question is:
Is it possible for a company to file I140 using the pre-approved labor and file a fresh labor in PERM for the same employee ?
