Just a quick Question:

I do plan on applying right after OATH. Probably first thing Friday morning. Just want to make sure that i can fill the paper work in advance although i am not technically a citizen yet. Does the paper work gets transmitted over the internet? to the post office? or do i need to print it out? Document wise? Driver's license, Citizenship Certificate, Money, and What else?

Thank you

You can print the application in advance and submit it when you complete you oath. You will need Citizenship certificate, driver license, photos and fees.

If you are in a rush, use money order instead of personal checks. It will cost you about a $1.05 more per application but save 2-3 days.

At San Jose, in the worst case it'll take 9-12 days for regular processing (with personal checks).
