Question on AP

Hi,

Iam applying for AP, what other documents need to be included along with this application. Also in the application what shall i fill for PART 7. My lawyer told me just to tick for More than one trip.

Please see the attached AP application to see PART 7.

Is it 110$ or 65$, because in the instructions i saw as $65. Is it copy of I94 or whole passport? Also do you have any sample letter.
(briefing on why iam applying for AP). Also how long is it taking now?

The 2 times I did was by paying $110.
Not sure on the $65 you are looking at..

Not the whole passport photocopy...just the photocopy of recent I94 card in the passport..

Usually takes 1-2 months these days..!!

Any reason like:
Planning on visit my family for personal reasons and 485 pending, I would be......

What should be the explanation/Reason for AP?

Any valid reason like brother's wedding is ok?
