Question on AP

Friends,

I am on H1 and my wife is on EAD (working and so on Advance Parole).
Her EAD and AP expires in may. She has plans to go to India in May.
Since her AP is expiring in may, I assume her AP to be renewed
before she leaves for india.I would like to know whether I can apply
for AP now itself or shouldI wait and apply for it only after certain time.

I will appriciate your valuable inputs.

You can apply for it 90 days before it expires
