Question on AP mailing address

I couldn’t find mailing address on USCIS web site for sending my Advanced Parole application (renewal). I found the following 2 address from this site. What is the correct address to mail my application using US Postal Service?

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
US Citizenship and Immigration Services
California Service Center
P.O. Box 30114
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0114

Or

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
US Citizenship and Immigration Services
California Service Center
P.O. Box 30111

Just wanted to make sure one thing:

Do you think that PDF file (cscguidelines0307.pdf) is latest and the content is still valid? (because USCIS changes their procedures very frequently)
