Question on AP/I-94?

My wife entered using Advance Parole and her I-94 is until Feb, 2006. She is waiting of 485 approval.

I am going to apply for he AP renewal whic hsi going to expire sept, 2005.

When I apply for the AP renewal, Will they send new I-94 with extension? DO I need to apply for I-94 extension with another form?

Please advise.

I-94 is the "Arrival & Departure Record". It does not have an expiration date. It will be taken when you leave the States. It has nothing to do with pending 485.

Why do you need a new I-94 with extension? What are you talking about?

Is she here on H1/H4 status? If yes, have you extended her H1/H4 visa? If yes, then her visa extension approval notice will have a new I-94. Keep it stapled with her passport.

You will get I-94 only when you enter US or when you get approval notice for your visa extension.
