Hello everyone:

Do you have to get your finger print done to get AP and EAD or finger print is just for 485 adjustment.

Thanks

I got FP just for I485, according to the appointment notice.
My EAD and AP have already been approved. On EAD card it says "not FP available"

Thanks much for quick response. That is what I thought. Now my wife's EAD got approved on 27th Sep, 07 and LUD on her 131 10/01/07; but for mine there no update (I am the principal applicant). Any idea?

I am not sure what it is that's going on. I wife USC petitioned for me on Aug 02 07, and I recently got 2 appointment dates with the ASC. One for the I-485 filed and another for the I765 EAD filed.

So for me I have two sets of fingerprinting to do.

Not sure what that means.

Any insights anyone?

You should get the approval sooner or later. Normally, both derivative and primary gets approved either at the same time or after couple of days later.

Wait wait guys...I have two appointment dates for FP

one for the GC and one for the EAD, so there is a FP for the EAD as well.

I don't think so

My wife and I got approved without finger print for EAD. See signature for detail.

I-131 AP rejected due to improper filing(Need Help!!!)

Hi All.
I had filed I-485,I-765 and I-131 together on July 26th and got recpt number for all on Spet 26th.
I checked my status for I-131 and it shows that it has been rejected as it was not properly filed and returned with instruction to refile.
My EAD had been ordered and I have got my finger printing notice.

The site says my I-131 has been mailed on Sept 18th and it is Oct 2nd and my lawyer says they have not yet received the packet.
Can anybody suggest what could be the case?
Can I just go ahead and refile a new I-131 without waiting for the return packet. In that case where should I file NSC or TSC ( My original filing was in NSC and transfered to TSC)
ANy help will be appreciated.
Thanks
