Question on amended I-140

Friends, need your expert advise on amended 140. I have applied for 485 couple of months ago. Now My company anounced that our compnay has been acquired by company B and the merger might take place bofore the the completion of 180 days, i.e in the next couple of months.. What do I need to do. Do I need to file amended 140 or I can just submit all the documentation showing company B is Successor in interest. Please advice me. Thanks
 
File amended-140 after company merger

If your I-485 is less than 180 day, then your company should file amended 140 after company merger.
