Question on Amended I-140. Please Help!!

My company closed down after my I-140 approval. I have joined in similar position as full time employee in another company. Can I file an amended I-140 with my new employer or do I need to go through labour again for my GC.

U need to redo the entire process , since u are changing the employer.
Amended I 40 is only applicable only in case of mergers or some other buys ur company.

you need to redo the entire process.But you can ask your old company guys to deal with your new company owners so that you can do it from the place it was left!!!most of the deshi companies would do it....
